I had been a loyal customer of this dealership for 2–3 years and always had great experiences when it was Eckenrod. Since it became Long-Lewis, the service has gone downhill. Routine oil changes and tire rotations now take 3–5 hours. I also tried twice to spend $3,000–$4,000 on accessories (lift, tires, and later an exhaust), but the accessories department never returned my calls, so I took my business elsewhere. Great experience. Andy was great, super went out of his way to help me and keep me updated on when my car would be in. Would Recommend him to everyone I know.
First, I wanna say my sales rep Jim was great, I got no complaints with him. To make a long story short, I agreed to buy a high mileage used car with no codes/CEL, next day we did paperwork remotely and had it delivered. First time I start the car, it throws a code. Dealership is refusing to fix it, even though the car I agreed to buy had no codes. Now I got to decide if I should contact a lawyer or fix it myself. Either way, buyer beware.
Sales.people seem nice, very responsive.... I went ahead head and put a deposit on the vehicle, and was assured it was mine... the ran my.credit whichnin turn dinged my score... 2 days later, after hearimg very little, Im informed that someone else got the car... AFTER I WAS.ASSURED THAT MY DEPOSIT SECURED IT FOR ME... Yall beware... this is the second dealership in 2 months that has pulled the same.BS...
