When we discovered a leak in the pipe that ran to an external faucet, based on our past experience, we knew hands down that calling Eck to handle it was the best decision. They were able to get us set up for the following morning. Troy kept us updated on when he would arrive (his earlier appointment was more extensive than expected and took longer.).
