I have lived in 6 S Harvie for the past 3.5 years and it has been a great place to live! Maintenance requests are dealt with within 24 hours and the building is always kept clean. All of the appliances are stainless steel and the countertops are granite. Parking is great for residents and plenty of off street parking is available for friends and family. I highly recommend!
I have lived in various eck properties since 2015 and overall it has been a great experience. The maintenance staff is awesome and always shows up within the day of submitting a maintenance request. They are always so friendly. My fiance and I laughed that we will actually miss the maintenance team. Thanks for a great 6 years.
Do Not count on these guys for your housing, Kayla Blair, the property manager, is one of the least responsive, least helpful people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Our troubles began when my group and I found 1614 W Cary St. listed on Zillow. Gorgeous house, if the video tour is to be trusted. I was looking around on Zillow for an apartment and found a nice place that was an Eck Property, so I reached out to scheduled a tour for that coming weekend. My roommate and I toured the apartment and really liked it. Avoid this company !!! Looked to schedule tours for 2 properties- one had been online for 16 days and the other for less than a day. A "property manager" accepted my request for the tours late Thursday night and planned to show us both apartments the next day. Friday morning, a little over and hour before the showings, she emailed me to cancel both showings claiming they had applications in for the apartments (again one was online for less than a day and the other was online for 16 days).
