Called for an appt. and they said to pay via eT to book a slot. Followed the instructions and when I called the appt. day, they mentioned they dont have any slots for the whole week. Told them to give my money back for having no time and i needed the consultation same week. Now not replying to my messages or phone!

I would not recommend their immigration services. A friend of mine contacted them for assistance with a permanent residency application, but the experience was very frustrating. The staff was difficult to reach and did not return calls. Even after submitting all documents and making a partial payment, the process kept getting delayed with unclear explanations. Due to the lack of communication and professionalism, my friend chose not to continue with them. Overall, they did not seem trustworthy or responsible.
