Very rude staff, on phone and in person. Did not follow through on ultrasound as promised in person twice !! Don’t recommend , might as well go to actual OB.
Not very impressed with this place. Got told on the phone when I scheduled that I could get an ultrasound if I was as far along as I thought, and I definitely am as far along as I thought. Ended up not getting one. Basically went there to get told I was pregnant but I already knew that. One person told me I could come the following week for an ultrasound and another person told me it would be 2 weeks. They said it was still sooner than anyone else in town could get me in but that’s not true because I will be getting an ultra... read more
They have the most caring, supportive, and loving staff. From their medical care and parenting classes - their services are great & informative! They even have supportive services for new dads which I believe is tremendous! When you walk in the doors, you are always warmly greeted with a smile and are treated with compassion, understanding, and love. Our community is very blessed to have this amazing organization and I would highly recommend them!
I didn’t know where to start, and Echoz helped me tremendously! They offer parenting classes, have a in-store credit boutique, and have lovely staff. It is a comforting and welcoming place to go attend appointments at. Echoz also connects you to some great resources.
