We are extremely happy with how our kitchen turned out. The entire process was smooth, and the attention to detail really stood out. The cabinets are beautifully built, everything fits perfectly, and the amount of storage is exactly what we were hoping for. Freddy was just what we needed. He took our ideas and vision for the space and created just the right piece for our master bedroom while including the functional elements we requested along with some very creative lighting. The wall cabinet turned out beautiful and competes our room. Freddy was also easy to work with, affordable, and completed the job quickly.
Poor customer service. At his request, I sent pictures of space & drawing of custom wall unit I wanted built, then never heard back. Waited a week and sent him a message to see if he was still interested in giving me a quote, and still no response.
Freddy is the man. His customer service is top notch!! Echos created custom cabinets and built-ins with amazing quality. Highly recommend calling Echos Wood Design!
I cannot say enough good things about Echos Wood!
