Bob came out to inspect the unit and, after a thorough evaluation, explained that due to the advanced age of both my furnace (35+ years) and AC unit (25+ years), a full replacement would be more cost-effective than repairs. My A/C wasn’t working on a home I had built 10 years earlier. I had maintained a service contract with the HVAC company that did the original install. So we quickly had them come out and diagnose the issues. The fix was going to be pretty comprehensive and expensive based on their assessment. Echos Air was recommended by someone at church, came out quickly, diagnosed the problem differently and less significant work. Bob and Noah just finished a complete funace and ac replacement on my 1000sqft single family home. The best way to sum it up would be to tell you to visit their website and read the mission statement. Says it all and they deliver 100+ percent on it.
