Ms Austin needs to hire a team because out of our est. 10 sessions she cancelled last minute on at least 3 of them. Now she sends a "text" saying she is suspending her practice therefore I have to find another therapist and start all over. I never felt like she made an effort to connect with me as a patient it seemed like "business as usual on to the next". I cant recommend someone who is not dependable.
