This company used to be a wonderful family owned operation. Local and on the ball, sadly now since they have their facility in Indiana, and the salespeople are just incompetent and there is no organization there whatsoever. We purchased form them for many years and after the last debacle with servicing and lack of follow up, we are buying our supplies elsewhere.

You don't get to speak to someone in California if you're looking for customer service. It re-routes you to Indianapolis, IN to a very crackly phone connection. They say the hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm but no one ever answers the phone after 4pm (West Coast Time). If you place an order and want someone to call you back when your order is ready for a will call, no one EVER calls to let you know. The women you talk to in Indianapolis aren't very friendly either. Poor customer service.
