No communication and very rude. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. They are not professional after the lease has been signed. They promised multiple things to us and we have seen no results. Please stay FAR AWAY from this property management company if you know what is best for you.

Michallene Fenner is an unfriendly nightmare as well as the brainless SHERRY HIKE! Nothing is done anytime its needed and they always act as if they are bothered rather than helpful. Nobody seems to care what is needed or what needs to be done, just as long as the check cashes. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! LOOK OUT FOR UNWANTED CHARGES CONSTANTLY AND AN UNFRIENDLY PERSON WHEN YOU CALL!
