This was our first time here and it was very nice. The asst. General manager was very very polite, courteous and helpful. We noticed some young girl just hanging around the front desk area from our check-in until bedtime, which is not a good site. The front desk clerk was very nice up until we needed to change our room due to the loud guest next door. The doors don't lock, they can be pushed open without the room key. Taahirah such an amazing person!!Custom service skills was impeccable very respectful insured everything was alright help out when was needed when open beyond for me and my family I can ask for better hotel in a better customer service receptionist 10 out of 10 I will recommend them to everyone it's a home away from home all the workers was so plesent and awesome very clean hotel and makes everyone feel welcome❤️❤️
Staying at echo suits has truly been a great experience. Echo suits is very affordable they also have their own washer and dryer where your able to wash your own clothes. Taahirah who is one of the staff has been helpful to me and my family during our stay here she is very respectful I differently recommend this hotel 10/10
I’ve been staying for a little over a month now and I want to give a shoutout to (STEPHANIE) whom is amazing! She always goes out of her way to greet me and ask about my day! And even my dog. She makes my stay feel comfortable while acknowledging me as a person making me feel important. She goes out of her way to make me feel like a valued guest. Stephanie you’re a ray of sunshine, thank you for making my day.
