I had a very concerning experience during my stay that needs to be addressed immediately. The young lady working at the front desk was very nice and sweet but she was repeatedly asleep while on duty. This wasn’t a one-time incident—it happened multiple times, making it extremely difficult to get assistance when needed. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel environment, where guest safety and service should be a top priority at all times. Had the pleasure of meeting Ty who works overnight . I had a inconvenience due to my little one spilling juice and needed new bedding and it was really late . Ty went out her way to bring us more bedding . I told her thank you so much and she said no worries I'm happy to help and that's what I'm here for to assist all guest 😊 . One thing I can say since staying here is everyone is so helpful . Thank you so much Ty .
Do not stay here. Management and staff is rude and unprofessional.
