5 days prior, reserved w/cc and got a confirmation. Arrived at 5pm the day of, no room. No refund, no room, call this number manger, no answer. Family behind me in line, same story. Called ECHO customer service in India. But you already know how that went. Same story, cannot do anything but sent me to customer resolution number which was an a.i. phone tree from hell.
