The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only good thing I can say is that the hotel isn't in bad condition; it’s clean, and there are no cockroaches or anything like that. 1. I paid for a one-week reservation. Then, upon check-in, the hotel manager told me my reservation had been cancelled because the employee who processed the payment forgot to include the taxes. He told me I would receive a refund and had to pay for the reservation again right then and there. I know it sounds crazy, but this actually happened to me. Obv... read more
Front desk employee MIA. We waited 20 minutes to check in. They have an electronic method to request early arrival and late departure. It isn't checked, so you never get it. "Pet friendly" means up to two dogs with a $50 fee for each dog and for each day. Non-refundable. Will only exchange linens once every two weeks. They charge for dishes and cookware use. I never did find a hair dryer. My room had mold growing in the shower.
Great location. This hotel was in great shape and fairly clean for an extended stay hotel. The staff in the front were all wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. They never gave me any issues and were very easy to deal with. They run the place pretty smoothly. I'd most definitely stay here again!
I enjoyed my experience at the Echo Extended stay. The staff was great all of them were extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
My stay here with my girlfriend was amazing although the elevator was down the staff made an amazing effort to still accommodate our stay. Steph at the front desk was an amazing help and also pretty fast lol he went up and called the elevator to the 4th floor just so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage upstairs . I can see the type of business this is and is going to be will definitely be returning! This is the definition of hospitality.
