Shelise is so amazing and helpful, she definitely knows what she’s doing!
Everything from check in, the front desk staff, and the rooms made my difficult day a lot better from the moment I walked in. I was greeted very warmly and had multiple staff help me all the way from the parking lot to checking into my room. I GOT SCAMMED!!! Came in around 2 am looking for a room after 15 hours of driving they ran my card for cost of room it pulled money off my card for cost of room they said it declined it did not so she sat there trying to figure it out finally got a room at 3:30 am then I wake up to 3 hotel staff members in my room standing over me waking me up she said the card declined as fraud my card was still active not sign of fraud and still had the charge on it got down to front desk ready to check out they made me pay again or they w... read more
Great price. Slow and limited devices of internet service. Plenty of parking spot. Front desk is nice and helpful.
