I got double charged. I booked through a travel website got charged again at check in. Staff is incompetent to solve this issue. Elevator doors closed too fast hitting me. The rooms are new, so they're nice, for now. Time will tell how long they last. Bathroom light kept turning off while I showered (bad sensor controlled). Also, no handles to grab. Stayed here while waiting for my house, after moving from Florida and this by far has been the best Extended Stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is super nice and the location is amazing, close to everything.. I will stay here if I ever have to again.. 10 out of 10
Excellent experience! Three of us (grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter) shared a room with 2 beds, and it perfectly met our needs. The facility is "no frills" but offers clean, spacious rooms with everything we needed for a two night stay. We appreciated that the hotel was quiet for sleeping and had very well- lit parking. A good-sized refrigerator was handy for snacks, leftovers, and meds. We spent our days with family who live nearby and did not need cushy comfort or lavish amenities.
