We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and booked a room for my husband so he could get a good night’s sleep. When he went to bed, he discovered that the bed hadn’t even been made—there were no sheets on the mattress. At 1:00 a.m., he had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets, and the ones they gave him weren’t even the correct size for the bed. The hotel only offered us a 20% refund, which is unacceptable. Horrible horrible hotel dont ever go to this place. They call it "Echo" which means they will not offer you anything and charge you for towels, internet , laundry room everything. Room was dirty and smelling even thought its a new building meaning they cleaning crew is AWFUL and the few towels they gave with room had red stains on them.
