U dont have to be rude the delivery drivers. Were doing our job the customer requested she putting her baby to sleep and asked to leave at door i was trying to do my job y being rude
We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and booked a room for my husband so he could get a good night’s sleep. When he went to bed, he discovered that the bed hadn’t even been made—there were no sheets on the mattress. At 1:00 a.m., he had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets, and the ones they gave him weren’t even the correct size for the bed. The hotel only offered us a 20% refund, which is unacceptable. Horrible horrible hotel dont ever go to this place. They call it "Echo" which means they will not offer you anything and charge you for towels, internet , laundry room everything. Room was dirty and smelling even thought its a new building meaning they cleaning crew is AWFUL and the few towels they gave with room had red stains on them. Very nice nothing too fancy. Great views and vibes. Also the tiki bar 🍸 had great drinks and food 😋
