I was excited about Echo Ridge Apartments after reading reviews and looking at pictures online, but my impression changed drastically during an in-person tour. Unfortunately, it felt like the person showing me the unit was actively talking me out of living there. The unit I viewed had several concerning issues: a broken kitchen counter with sharp edges, scuff marks on the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the bathroom. We had a wonderful soft landing into our apartment, this Spring. Our apartment was clean and ready, with new appliances, we didn’t have to ask for them. I’m impressed they knew to get new ones. We had to ask for a few things to be taken care of, they were all done by the end of the week. And they left the place clean. Chris and Anthony are incredible at managing maintenance. We moved here earlier this year and so far, we love it. We love our apartment and the location, but more importantly, we feel lucky to have such great people managing the complex. Ashley, the community manager, has been very helpful and communicative. Chris, the maintenance manager, is also exceptional! Despite issues with being understaffed, we've been well taken care of. We appreciate all their hard work!
My husband and I just recently moved into Echo Ridge. Both Ashley, the Community Manager, and Chris, the Maintenance Manager, were extremely helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. We are very pleased with their above & beyond customer service. The location of the apartments is great. Snoqualmie such a beautiful location with lots of walking trails and restaurants…not to mention the beautiful views of mountains!
Ashley makes this a great place to live. Always helpful and informative on activities going on in the area. We love it here! Thank you
