This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in! Their dining services are terrible, and the management doesn't know how to treat someone with respect. They don't know how to treat residents as customers! People are not forced to live there! They do have choices and they can always take their business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did! Beware of Kasi! She is rude and doesn't know how to treat people!
The management is all ways very helpful and very good to the people living here.the good is always good
Holiday Echo Ridge is a community where I feel safe, comfortable and happy with the friendships of the Staff and residents.
I just wanted to amend my prior negative post, to say that management here is making great strides in improving all conditions, including food variety, maintenance, on-site physical therapy, physical enhancements to building structure, revamping of rooms, etc. Only thing still pending is high rent cost, which, considering current times, is unavoidable... Kudos, nonetheless, for the improved effort
Old reviews... facility gone downhill..firing sales people for lack of sales, instead of improving conditions to make people WANT to move in...or remain ...meal menu inconsistent, supply issues.. transportation issues (bus breaks down a lot.. people are tired of excuses...
