Holiday Echo Ridge is a community where I feel safe, comfortable and happy with the friendships of the Staff and residents.
I just wanted to amend my prior negative post, to say that management here is making great strides in improving all conditions, including food variety, maintenance, on-site physical therapy, physical enhancements to building structure, revamping of rooms, etc. Only thing still pending is high rent cost, which, considering current times, is unavoidable... Kudos, nonetheless, for the improved effort
Old reviews... facility gone downhill..firing sales people for lack of sales, instead of improving conditions to make people WANT to move in...or remain ...meal menu inconsistent, supply issues.. transportation issues (bus breaks down a lot.. people are tired of excuses...
We had my Mother here for 3 Months, the first week she was here she waited 3 weeks before she got her cable in her room.Then her AC went out it was near 100 here took them 8hrs before they finally got her AC fixed, my Mom was in the hosiptal for 3 days and lived on the second floor she asked the General Manger if they could bring a tray of food up to her room because she could not walk and she was still weak, she was told it was 5 dollers a plate for them to do this, My mom pays 2250 a month and is supposed to get 3 meals a ... read more
