Moved into an apartment that was definitely not move in ready, put in lots of maintenance requests and emails to management and issues still not fixed. And my roommate was electrocuted by the faulty wiring while trying to plug something in to charge. Had to fight for the free month that was offered when we applied. Also, the trash, sewer and water fees are outrageous. I’ve never paid costs this high at any apartment. I don’t know where they are getting their pricing from.
This place had a very easy going rental process. The manager was very sweet & kind. She made the process very easily to understand. Thank you Echo apartments
I had an awesome experience renting the apartment through Elena. From day one, she was super helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole rental process was easy and straightforward, which gave me a lot of confidence. The apartment has everything I was looking for and is in a great location. I’m really happy with the whole experience and would totally recommend Elena to anyone looking for a place in the area.
I'm still waiting for the repairs to be completed. The repairman cancelled yesterday, but, I was notified that they should be here Friday.
