I had tech Chris come out and completely rebuild an older Toto toilet. Chris pulled the toilet off, redid the wax seal, replaced both fill and drain assemblies, installed new handle, and tested to perfection. I’m so pleased, and worry free for years to come. Echo Plumbing is very easy to schedule and work with.
I had a great experience today with Echo plumbing! Juan came out same day that I called and fixed my super difficult faucet lever (plumbing) issue. I am very pleased with the work and pricing and will be working with them again in the future! highly recommend!
Chris is the best plumber I've worked with. I've used several others before, and the experience was never as good--either the work wasn't up to standard or the communication wasn't great. Chris, on the other hand, is young but extremely professional, reliable, and honest. He explains things clearly, shows up on time, and does quality work without cutting corners. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber
