We had Echo Plumbing & Rooter handle a plumbing retrofit/improvement project at our commercial property in Concord to address a floor drain issue. Juan and his team were highly responsive, professional, and fair with their pricing. They solved the issue quickly and were great about following up to make sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciated their communication, responsiveness, and quality of work. We’ll definitely be using Juan and his team again for any future plumbing repairs or work needed at th... read more
My go to plumbing company was busy and took awhile to get back to me, so I gave Echo Plumbing a try. I am so glad I did. They are super. They are now the guys to call. The person who answered the phone is super nice and provided great service. They plumber was the same. The price was reasonable too. I have tried a handful of plumbers in the area, Echo is #1!
I had tech Chris come out and completely rebuild an older Toto toilet. Chris pulled the toilet off, redid the wax seal, replaced both fill and drain assemblies, installed new handle, and tested to perfection. I’m so pleased, and worry free for years to come. Echo Plumbing is very easy to schedule and work with.
I had a great experience today with Echo plumbing! Juan came out same day that I called and fixed my super difficult faucet lever (plumbing) issue. I am very pleased with the work and pricing and will be working with them again in the future! highly recommend!
Chris is the best plumber I've worked with. I've used several others before, and the experience was never as good--either the work wasn't up to standard or the communication wasn't great. Chris, on the other hand, is young but extremely professional, reliable, and honest. He explains things clearly, shows up on time, and does quality work without cutting corners. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber
