Date of service 4/4/26. We expected the usual quarterly service including our back deck. My husband mentioned ants coming through our side kitchen window. We didn’t see him on the deck and when I went out on front porch less than 4 minutes later the echo truck was already gone. Can’t see a full house exterior inspection and spray done in less than 4 minutes so we’re disappointed in this quarter’s service.
Individual service person was cordial and polite. He explained what he was treating for and the results of his exterior inspection.
