I have been very happy with their service. I get a lot for the money. They will come back with out a charge inbetween the normal charged treatment plan. I have a lot of area where bugs and wasps like to nest, and they will keep coming back as neccessary for no charge. I don't know how they make money this way, but I am happy. I only have one complaint which is, they don't get up on roofs. They have been treating my flying ant problem several times inside and out and they keep coming back. Rude Two gentlemen came to my door wearing their white shirt and tan pants soliciting in my non-solicitation neighborhood. They need to make a buck so I listened what they had to say and told them I just couldn't afford to at the moment. They wrote down the address and asked me my name and I gave it. It's an odd name sounding like a color, but it was true. They come to my door and I was getting their information for possible use in the future. A reputable company! I have used Echo for two years now and love the customer service. Ben, our technician, is wonderful and always does a great job with a smile! I have to say, I would, and have recommended Echo to friends and family.
Stay clear Do not fall for the upfront $39 treatment. It is a sales ploy for you to sign up for a year contract. There is a very steep charge to get out of the contract if you decide against their services.
Ka..Bam!! Killed the ants!! Finally, a company that works!!
Stay Clear I dont know what these other people recieved but i had a completely dishonest salesman. he told me all sorts of things that ended up not being true and they didnt honor any of the things he said they did. i was forced to keep my contract or pay a steep fee and i would recommend everyone stay away from this company.
