I had a really disappointing experience living at Echo Park. When I first moved in, communication was excellent, and the last management team was friendly. However, communication has been a major issue since the switch. The management team was consistently hard to reach. I felt like I was constantly chasing them down for answers, and it seemed they were never in their office during regular business hours. They also came across as very cold and didn't want to help. if i could give this place no starts i would. i did enjoy living here for most of my lease, there's good amenities, the apartments are nice, and good people live here, but the staff is what made this place what it was, and ever since the complete turnover things have done nothing but go downhill, and quickly. trash is constantly littering the hallways not being picked up for weeks, the new property manager, Tabitha, is cold and not welcoming in any way shape or form, and the recent snow storm really showed this company's tru... read more
I stopped by the office to inquire about a tour but the property manager was smoking right by the front door. I wanted to consider the property due to its non smoking policy. Needless to say I did not tour nor am I considering this to become my home.
Love this apartment complex. The old apartment manager was absolutely amazing, and made everyone feel like they were important, heard, and the communication was always great. However, there is a new head manager, who gives the vibes of a hostile work environment, and doesn't present herself as friendly to everyone. Would suggest bringing old property manager back, or finding a new head property manager.
