I have lived here for just over a month and it has been one of the most difficult AC situations I have dealt with. Props to Jasmine at the front desk and the maintenance team for assisting in the situation. I moved in during the middle of May (5/21). Just moved in and I have to say two staff members especially stand out to me as genuinely hard workers, as well as having fantastic personalities, and are amazing on a professional level. Mike (maintenance) has been very awesome overall, specifically when it came to fixing/replacing my unit's dryer that went out and when parts were delayed. If it wasn't for Mike, I would've probably given a 3 star overall, as they definitely need some TLC and updates to complex.
