I vote pool party in May when we open up.
I've lived in several apartments over the years, and this is the best one. The staff were very helpful and quick to address any concerns I had. It was a very good location for me and had a lot of things I needed close by.
It's a decent place to live but it's full of incompetent and lazy college kids. They park in handicap spots and nobody does a damn thing about it. It's against the law to use these spots without a pass. They really need to start enforcing this kind of thing. It's getting ridiculous.
Echo Park has exceeded my expectations! The place is super clean and the amenities are top-notch. Jasmine, the community rep, has been amazing - she's always quick to address any issues and makes sure everything gets fixed ASAP. Highly recommend echo park apartments.
