Maintenance is top notch, efficient, reliable, and QUICK! My kitchen sink drain and disposal and also bathtub drain weren’t working. Manny from maintenance came the saaame say I put a request in and called about it. He told me what was wrong with it and fixed it!! I’ve heard horror stories about maintenance from other apartment complexes and I prayed and hoped that I would never experience that. I’m a couple months into my second lease at Echo Park and wanted to wait to leave a review until after living here for at least a year. I can say that I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. If lighting/natural light is important to you, you should definitely check out these units. We’re currently renting the B7 Wegner unit. The floors and windows are awesome.
