Manny is the maintenance employee who has always came and fixed anything I ever needed fixed or had issues with. He’s super kind and always in and out! I’ve had a couple things that needed fixed and he came either the next day or the day after and was in and out! He didn’t mind my barking crazy dogs either lol!
Had a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of the same day by Manny and everything has been working great since!

Had a service issue with my AC, water was leaking from the closet to my floor, so I put a service request in and within the hour a maintenance worker was at my door. Shout out snd BIG THANK YOU to Jason who took the time to verify the issue, and work through getting the diagnostic of the disgusting mess that was an internal flood.
