Jordan is Aaaamazing!! I had an issue with my Victron system. I sent a picture of the system and Jordan immediately saw the melted fuse coming of the battery terminal. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone until I felt comfortable and safe with the information. He went the extra step to order the part from Amazon and have it shipped to me Prime next day. He exceeded my expectations for being a stellar human being!!
Jordan does a great job and his focus on customer service is why he is our go to guy for our solar system needs. His partnership with Toms TV make it too good, too easy yo get everything fixed up and ready to hit the road. Best RV place we’ve ever worked with.
