Jordan and team did a great job for us with a solar panel, solar controller, and battery upgrade for our travel trailer. He listened carefully to the way we use our camper, making thoughtful suggestions and providing options that made it feel like a truly custom solution. Work was top notch, excellent communication, and cost was reasonable. Can’t wait to get out to test the new gear. Highly recommend Echo One!
Great experience with Echo One Adventures. Jordan listened carefully to what we wanted out of a Travel Trailer solar system and came up with a perfect design. He installed a 24volt Victron/Epoch system in our Lance and we couldn't be happier. Extremely professional /clean job on the install. Highly recommend.
Jordan and his team helped us previously to get our Airstream (Burrito) all set up with a solar, LI battery solution to allow us to go boondocking and not be reliant on RV campgrounds. These guys know what they are doing and are very thorough with installations and don’t try to sell you any equipment they feel is not necessary. We had very serious issues with our current set up in our RV. The Inverter was not inverting, it was not communicating with the other devices and nothing honestly worked very well. We could get no AC out of our unit, very frustrating and basically not able to use the RV. Jordan said he would take a look at it, asked if we could leave it for a few hours and voilà he called us back, we were all up and running and it is a miracle. Jordan did a remote consultation with me to troubleshoot the electrical issue I was having. He walked me through all the testing steps and correctly identified the issue. He was really helpful and the solution he suggested fixed my issue! This was SUCH a helpful service. I wish I had been able to work with him and his team in person, but it’s great to know I have this kind of support virtually throughout my trip!
