I had several questions regarding my solar install on our camper trailer. Jordan took the time to answer everyone one of them in non-technical terms so I knew what I needed to do correctly. He was recommended to me by a friend who had high praise for him and his business. Had Echo One do some repairs to an RV power system that I damaged. The team was very professional, knew what they were doing and did the repair in a timely manner.
Jordan from Echo One is the MAN…He is extremely knowledgeable on Lithium batteries & the Victron Energy Battery monitoring systems. I have worked with other tech’s and no one compares to Jordan. He helped me reprogram my system over the phone and was very patient and accommodating.
