Quality has gone downhill. When I specifically book with Joanne, nail tech and owner, my appointments were often split with random techs. Majority of the time, they cut the skin around my nails with the drill.. which defeats the purpose of having a nice manicure because by the time my skin heals… my nails are already grown out. Lately, even Joanne seems rushed, and the work has become messy and inconsistent.
I’ve only had the Bio Gel nail extension service here with Joanne and it was great. Communication was good, pricing was fair, definitely recommend here! This was my “go-to” for Matte Black Bio Gel nail extensions until I learned to do them myself.
Good experience! Joanne is so professional and patient! Definitely come back again!
Terrible salon. Very unsanitary, disgusting establishment. With the abundance of nail salons in the Markham area, choose wisely and go somewhere else.
