This is a terrible place to live because these vultures wait for you to be one month late and once your home is paid for they try to evict you and take your trailer. I have lived there a very long time and I hardly see any homes leave this place. They will kick you while you are down and say "We simply aren't renewing your lease". Personally I am reporting their unethical slimy ways to the BBB and the attorney general's office.
