Echo lawnmowers have to be redesigned.The front end of them are not strong enough to be labeled a commercial lawn mower.That's why give it a number 3.They just will not hold up.. Now, customer service. The young lady that I had helped me help me when I first had to repair the front end, which was a month and a 1/2 after they came out and they had no parts, so I had to Frankenstein the lawn mower front end together.
