I wish I could give negative stars because I sure would!! Echo is the WORST company to deal with!! My company purchased over $5000 of lawn equipment from Home Depot, one of which is an Echo trimmer- the trimmer motor locked up after 13 months (it has a 2 yr warranty) Echo is giving us a runaround trying to get it replaced😡 Every person at Echo gives us another story, I think they make the rules up case by case. We did exactly what they told us to do - get it checked out - where they told us to go then they’d replace it. Wel... read more
