Echo 9010t a bad decision. 10 pulls to start out of the box! Echo refuses to help. Only automated email and no help.
I purchased a new cs-590 Timberwolf chainsaw. Followed the instructions and watched videos. Won’t start new out the box. I’m a country boy and own a couple of saws. This is by far is the worst I’ve purchased. I will stick with the other popular brands. At least you get 5-10 years out of them. Definitely don’t make them like the trimmers.
I have been a echo user from the start of my small business but this has come to an end. They do not stand by their manufacturer warranty! I had about a six week old piece of equipment that failed due to poor manufacturing and they blamed it on neglect which was definitely not the case. The company that sold the product would not help me nor would echo so due to this I would highly advise using sthil or husqvarna to run your business or personal needs.
