ECHO is well worth the visit, especially if you're in the Ft. Meyers area. Not only are they good stewards of the local ecology, but they also contribute to the local economy through various workshop, tours, demos, and conferences. Moreover, they teach farmers sustainable (economically and ecologically) practices of land and water stewardship worldwide!
