Horrible management. Very toxic atmosphere and favoritism runs high. Specific religion and politics play a key pecking order. 5 people have left this specific branch in the last 1.5 years. Majority of staff is older and appear to just be hanging on until retirement. Extremely understaffed most of the time. As long as the profits are looking good than no one from corporate ever comes out to see what truly is taking place here.
