Recommendedevery time i go to echo (john street location) i get the best service. i’m treated with genuine kindness. i used to go to deaconess, but when i lost my healthcare i had to find something else. in comparison, i think the employees at echo are more genuine and real with me. they go above and beyond to take care of me. they even found me free allergy medication (i didn’t even ask). i feel cared about every time i leave. i would recommend this place over and over. i’m so happy our community has this resource.

Horrid. A 3 month wait for an appt. and they call me as I am driving to my appt. that they can’t see me after all. Now I’m on the end of the list again. 2 months plus wait. F that.

I just want to say how wonderful the dentist and all the staff were at the new dental clinic. I went in for a extraction. I have crippling fear of the dentist and was terrified. The dentist was so kind and gentle he completely changed my feelings about going to the dentist. I am actually looking forward to returning to start taking better care of my teeth.
