Great customer service, I have bought and sold a bike through Echo Bike & Board, along with many other bike and riding supplies. I have always felt well taken care of, and have been pleased with my purchases.
Bought our little lady her first bike— they took the time to get the fit just perfect. They stripped it down to make it a balance bike while she learns the basics, said to bring it back to put it back together when she’s ready. We got to pet the shop cats, free tattoos for the kids and now I’m dreaming of my next bike...
One of our favorite stores in Pendleton. My grandsons think Stephanie is awesome! She talks directly to them and it makes them feel special. We have purchased several Early Rider bikes and now Maddgear scooters. So much fun!!
