Update: they gave a generic response to act like they care by saying to come to the leasing office and they will be happy to connect with you. Only to go and they said “their is nothing they can do” Unfair that everyone who signed their new lease on time got a rent increase. Those who signed last minute and still havent signed were offered to keep their current rates.

WORST BY FAR! Roaches everywhere, and the hallways are so dirty! The lease office staff and manager are so rude and not taking any compliments without showing any attitude. SO unprofessional!!
Dylan is one of the workers at Echo 1055, and by far the best I’ve seen. He is super helpful and he truly cares about the residents that live there. I was experiencing issues with receiving a package for my birthday next week, and he was the only staff member who tried his best to help me. Sadly, I’m unable to say these same things about the rest of staff. I hear they have recently changed their management, which I got to say was a big mistake.
