It also reeks of marijuana. People smoke on their balconies or open their windows and smoke and if you have a room facing the courtyard then it will be unbearable in your apartment as well. I absolutely love living here! The leasing staff makes it really enjoyable for the residents!!
I completed the application before I left the building, because of how well everything went. Definitely will be living here by next lease.
