Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. From the moment I moved in, I regretted signing a lease here. Echo 1055 was a scam from the very beginning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Move-In Day Disaster: Move-in day was absolute chaos. Instead of staggering times so residents could get into the building smoothly, management had everyone show up at once. I just moved in today and it’s a very clean apartment! so far so good
Be careful when you sign the lease for your student. Echo apartments does not have a lease break agreement if your student no longer attends the college, or takes a leave of absence. They are unlike most apartments that would allow you to break the lease for a cost. They will try to re-lease the room, but it’s highly unlikely that someone will move into it.
