While the building itself and its upkeep are generally fine, my experience with management has been far from satisfactory. I was a resident from August 2024 to July 2025, and in December 2024, I signed a renewal lease for the 2025-2026 term. Very impressed with apartment complex. Our tour guide Dylan was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining everything and answered our many questions. Building is amazing with so many amenities, clean and spacious. Perfect location.
Dylan was the was open about everything made me feel comfortable about staying and made feel like a home and the tour was great 10/10
I’ve lived at Echo 1055 for over three years now, and honestly, some of the things I’ve seen have been downright appalling. They engage in very subtle (but very real) racial discrimination. For example, they’ll room you with someone based on your race, even if you two don’t match in terms of lifestyle, habits, or compatibility. All you have to do is look at the people currently living there — most of the roommates are the same race, and it’s not just a coincidence.
