Shane Casey was immensely helpful and the crew went out of their way to clean up. The roof was completely replaced, both the pitched and flat roof, and they kept to schedule and on budget - the entire experience was wonderful and stress free. I would enthusiastically recommend Echelon Roofing!

Dealing with Echelon Roofing, and the man in charge of their service in the area, Shane Casey, was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I could write a monologue about all of the difficulties in dealing with them, but I'll just leave it at the basics. It took over two months and five visits for him to complete the roof that was supposed to only take one day. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
