As a tenant Echelon Property Management has been an amazing landlord! I am only leaving because I have to relocate for work. They were easy to get a hold of anytime I needed them, usually by text. I realize they do not own the properties they manage but they did great when it came time to get things approved by the owner and all maintenance requested where complete within a day or so. Always friendly and professional! I wish they where in Colorado!
Echelon Property Management has done an excellent job with all of my rental properties. I was surprised after inspecting my properties to find them in better condition three years later. I'm ready to invest in more properties for them to manage.

Very unprofessional, apartment building was never cleaned, the dumpster wasn't emptied often enough. They don't have any integrity or work ethnic, lazy people. Seemed very uninformed about property
Shay is obviously a echelon employee because renting through echelon was the worse thing ever! Very unprofessional the wife of the owner is 2 faced and immature with her gossip n lack of work ethic! They took over the building I lived in and every occupant left in the matter of 3 months because of them! All winter long they did not shovel or plow or lay down salt! The tenats did and there excuse was it is not our problem if there was a no star they would deserve it they lie n steal occupants money!!!
