I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. If you’re thinking about moving here, please don’t or move to any of the other properties they own. They don’t even care about the employees who work for them. They make them buy their own golf transportation to service 3 properties. The staff does the best they can with very limited resources. As for us, we lived there first almost 6 years. Our kitchen sink fell out and we were without use of our kitchen for a week. Very convenient place to live. A slightly above average apt. I did have a mice issue a few times. Maintenance and the exterminator did what they could i guess to seal entry points. The corners of the rooms had a very visible over flow of rodent foam block and a few mice traps scattered throughout the apartment. Not something you want to see.
