I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. If you’re thinking about moving here, please don’t or move to any of the other properties they own. They don’t even care about the employees who work for them. They make them buy their own golf transportation to service 3 properties. The staff does the best they can with very limited resources. Very convenient place to live. A slightly above average apt. I did have a mice issue a few times. Maintenance and the exterminator did what they could i guess to seal entry points. The corners of the rooms had a very visible over flow of rodent foam block and a few mice traps scattered throughout the apartment. Not something you want to see.
Nice clean apartments reasonably priced
In the winter months the heat doesn't work. At times it would have an internal temperature of 50 degrees in the apartment. Maintenance came many times and never fixed the issue. We were told we would get fined for calling emergency maintenance because the heater fixed itself for a couple hours and then went away again. The management likes to threaten fines.
