Great place. Tom is top notch. Some of the high end bikes are insane. It's a must see when you're in the area.
Kelly and Echelon bicycles is cycling at its best! Kelly and his store represent more than just a bike shop but a culture and a community all its own. As a local Merchant here in Farragut, I highly recommend doing business with people so passionate.

So happy I picked Echelon when I was looking for a bike! Kelly and his crew have taken great care of me long since they fitted m for my bike. They have ben nothing short of stellar in their customer service. I don't know that could find a crew more knowledgeable about such a wide range of bicycles. I enjoy having a cup of coffee at the shop, and learning more about this new venture I have set upon. From beginning riders to experienced competitors, there is camaraderie and knowledge to be gleaned at Echelon!
Thanks for allowing me to demo the Giant Mountain Bike. It was so much fun biking through Loyston Point. I can't believe how advanced bikes have become since the last time I purchased a mountain bike. It's time for me to upgrade. You guys are a first-class bike shop!!!
Great bike fitting and purchase in 2014, and have loved interacting with Kelly, Tom, Ben, and others all this time. Knowledge about equipment and passion for the sport run deep. Really fair prices on service, I've never felt oversold on anything, and my bikes run great. Just had my clunky old triple/29er revived with a 1 x conversion and it rides great. Bonus: Great brews and a relaxed place to hang out, laugh, and learn more about the sport, equipment, bikes, and the people who ride them.
