We are a local couple that have opened our own Bicycle Shop in Farragut, TN. Kelly's passion in life is bicycles! He has worked in shops and been a cyclist for over 25years. Kelly and I believe in providing a personalized experience for each of our customers. RecommendedHave bought a few bikes through them for different members of the family, and two prior to that through Kelly before he started his own shop. They are absolutely devoted to putting you on the right bike for meeting your goals, experience level, and budget. And will take as much time as you have educating you about everything on the bike......which in my case was a LONG time, as many things have changed in the 20 years since I last bought a bike!

Jeff tuned up my son’s adaptive tricycle and spent a great deal of time making sure that everything was adjusted so that the fit was perfect (Ricky had grown several inches over the last year). There may be others who know just as much about bikes, but I do not believe that there are others who care more about the people they serve. Ricky can’t wait to get out and ride! Thanks for everything you did, Jeff!
These guys are beyond knowledgeable and super friendly. They made my wife feel right at home while purchasing her new bike. Plus, they have coffee and beer! We'll be going back to see Kelly, Jeff, and crew for all of our biking needs.
Echelon Bicycles is a great bike shop. really friendly and knowledgeable staff, from everyone at the Farragut location to the outpost in South Knox, they've all been super duper helpful with everything. Great lineup of bicycles as well as a wide assortment of various tools, gear and apparel. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't yet!
