Military Vets be warned, do not live here. In 2020 I had orders to leave and tried to break my lease and was charged whole months rent after I vacated and turned in my keys after leaving on the 3rd of the month all because of some nonsense about it "not being submitted on time" even tho I had emails with the appropriate 60 day notice and copy of my orders. My recent experience at Echelon Apartments has been disappointing due to how resident concerns are handled by management. I reached out about my car being hit in the parking lot and tried to discuss ongoing concerns about the property in a respectful way. Instead of receiving support or guidance, I was met with rude and unprofessional communication from the property manager.
