James was exceptionally helpful. Really quick to respond and get things done in a prompt manner
Very nice apartment complex with walking trails around the area. 2 years with them and haven't been disappointed. Well managed and very friendly.
The office staff is so awesome. Carie, Alyssa, Ajhana and the new manager Steve are always so helpful. They are always willing to help me with everything and are so friendly. The maintenance staff, Chris, Miguel, James and Eddy are also so helpful. They are super quick to respond to any work order I need. They are all super hard workers, and I am very proud to be able to work with them and have them as my community leader.
I came to Washington looking for a good apartment and I was help by Carie. She was very nice and respectful and helped me with renting out a apartment
