Ajhana Bell had excellent customer service skills. She made the process so relaxing, easy to understand and follow along. She was willing so go above and beyond that we were comfortable.

From the outside, Echelon looks like a clean, quiet, upscale community. But the truth is, looks are incredibly deceiving. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Issues were fixed quickly. When repairs or maintenance was needed I was given ample notice. Pet areas well maintained. The maintenance guys are so friendly! No excessive charges when leaving apartment. Left complex due to buying a house not because of complaints. Would say the walls are pretty thin, often heard dogs barking/ foot stomps ect from upstairs.
