I just got discharged from therapy because I do not need it anymore due to my therapist helping me conquer my mental health problems. I highly recommend Sarah Hamilton for anybody who is a young girl (teenager to young adult) that has mental health problems in their life. She is caring and a great listener and will bounce back words and thoughts that reflect what you said. 100% recommend for someone who needs someone to listen to them and squash those demons floating around inside their mind.

My daughter just finished up her therapy with Jennifer N. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She keeps you updated and helps with any questions you have. She was so helpful with my daughter, couldn’t ask for a better therapist.

This is my sons 3rd therapist and he finally found his match. My son sees JonPaul at ECH and has been a blessing. Getting my son to open up is quite tricky, that and he never liked or wanted to go to therapy. After meeting and having JonPaul, my sons never wants to miss an appointment and gets sad if something ever does come up and we have to miss. I can't express how thankful I am and highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Cassandra at ECH counseling for a little over a year now. I had almost given up on trying out therapy when I found her. For most of my life I’ve had an ongoing battle with anxiety and depression. I can confidently say that my life has completely changed for the better since I’ve seen her.
