One word crooks. Do not deal with Enrique Guevara and his agent Joel Batista very Unethical and preys on home owners in foreclosure. They will steal your house right under you instead of helping you. They will make you quit claim deed your house and then evict you. Know your rights and prevent equity theft. I'm surprised this place is in business and should be investigated by the financials crime division.
