I had/am having the best experiences at eccotique, it is wonderful. Shira who does my hair is a person I would 100% recommend to everyone! She’s very easy to talk to, knows quite literally everything about hair, and does an amazing service!

Beware! I warn you and hope that you take this review as I didn't do for myself with other warning review for this place. I had the ABSOLUTE WORST haircut/service of my life here four months ago. The stylist did not introduce herself. She did a toner service, disappeared and left me in the very uncomfortable sink to marinate in the product. unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the very unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. The girl who assisted me seemed disinterested and dismissive throughout my appointment. She was extremely rude, didn’t communicate clearly, was inattentive to detail, and her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable
Love the salon and the staff but the girls at the front need to be able to sit and stylists need mats for their health and safety. The spa needs an update.
