Had a great experience with my hair dresser on Wednesday. I’m sorry but I forgot her name! She was the sweetest and we had great conversations. She trimmed and layered my hair like I wanted! I’ll definitely be back

Walked in to ask about a service, I said hello and the woman behind the counter just stared at me in silence until she finally replied, didn’t really bother even saying hello so I just preferred to leave. You should be at least treated when coming in for a service

Asked for advice on shampoo and conditioner for gray hair. Bot some. It was the purple stuff which she did not tell me. Hair was even dryer than before but tried it a 2nd time to see if better. Was told by co-workers it was enhancing the dark gray rather than light, NOT my intention. I work a lot and don't get to the mall much so it was a month before I got around to taking the stuff back and it was sort of a "going there anyway for new stuff, might as well take this back" thing. Beware of coming here for services. My sister came in to have an eyebrow lamination done (she’s had this done many times before at other places). The solution they used here turned her dark brown eyebrows to a lighter gingery colour. This has never happened to her until this incident at Eccotique. They had to tint her eyebrows very dark to correct their mistake and they left her with very dark and chunky eyebrows.
