Worst HVAC store in Thunder Bay! Absolutely terrible staff!!! Bill in their sales department is rude unprofessional and likes to keep the business relegated to “certified professional” companies. This is not due to legislation but due to a monopolization of the industry and even though homeowners can do their own work this company refuses to work with competent homeowners who pull their own permits and do their own work. Tricky and tight back dock space but people are friendly and helpful
After moving from western Canada and setting up shop in the Toronto area makes me wish Ecco would expand here, can’t stand this local garbage I have to now deal with. Ecco’s products are far more superior
