Alexis is amazing to get my lashes done! I absolutely 10/10 recommend her! However, I had a lash appointment set up 3 weeks in advance and the day of the appt I walk in and find out someone canceled my appointment to put someone else in my slot. Rightfully so I was upset. Kira was so easy to work with, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I feel completely ready for the wedding!
So, I was told they tried to call me to cancel my appointment that I made a month ago. I get there at 8:45am and nobody is available to do my hair. They just didn’t think maybe a text would work. I trusted them, I drove 3 hours for a weeding on town but they still asked if I want to reschedule.
