This old style Italian joint surprise me! We had a couple drinks at the bar before dinner, bartender was really pleasant. I ordered that night’s special Venison with Barolo Sauce, it was fantastic! By far the best venison dish I’ve ever had in NYC. My friends’ lobster ravioli was really good as well.
The food was good but the waiters were so annoying. They kept trying to take my plate every 3 mins. I felt like saying yo! Would you leave me alone get da fuck outer here. I practically did. They still wouldn’t take a hint that they were annoying. I said it so they could all here me. They’re a pain in the ass
Great atmosphere, food was good - surprised us with 2 glasses of champagne for our Anniversary- nice touch!
Consistently great! Everything is terrific, but the pesto is not to be missed.
