They don't have the same prices on their website as they do in the store. They don't honor their word. I believe I won't be doing business with them again. They are sneaky with adding on charges. Most disrespectful salon I've ever been to.
I am unsatisfied. This was my first time here and I had a wedding to go to. I asked for a manicure and did not receive one. I asked for gel powder nails. He acknowledged that I wanted gel powder nails ($22) and then proceeded to give me the $35 gel liquid instead and I paid for it as well. There was no customer service, rather I feel his whole attitude was one of not being interested. I don't know if he was the manager. I cannot speak for everyone only for my experience. I will not recommend anyone here.
The best service and everyone on staff are awesome! I always leave happy!
