I went in for a enlarge prostate. Dr. Kav and nurse James. The entire staff very professional, answered all my questions. the procedure went very smoothly. No ill after-effects or downtime. In about a month, we'll see how effective the treatment is.
ECCO Medical was a very comfortable place to have my endovascular procedure. I believe I actually fell asleep during the procedure because I was so comfortable. No procedure has been performed to date. I had a consultation with Kyle who has been very professional, helpful and informative. The administration staff has also been very helpful and courteous. I had my consultation date in the morning in my calendar wrong, Kelly called and rescheduled me for that afternoon the same day of my original appointment. Looking forward to continuing and completing my PAE procedure.
Excellent customer service. Appointment was urgent and they got us in the same day we called. Thorough exam and left with a plan. Thank you!
