Our 20 week project passed 40 weeks and cost us additional tens of thousands of dollars due to their incompetence and lack of organization.
Upon further research we found their license suspension was due to the same issues we had!!!
They recently had their license reassigned and have been causing damage to businesses and homeowners again.
ECCO Design Build, owned by Giuseppe and Joann Palmieri, had their license revoked in 2005 and has recently caused problems again. They repeatedly prove to be deceitful and mismanaged, causing severe delays and financial losses. Their license was suspended for similar issues, including refusal to pay damages to a client. Overall, ECCO Design Build a.k.a ELITE CAD Services performance was a complete catastrophe and scam. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to explore other options. They have demonstrated a blatant disregard for their clients' needs and are not to be trusted with any important project.
