Upon further research we found their license suspension was due to the same issues we had!!!
Our 20 week project passed 40 weeks and cost us additional tens of thousands of dollars due to their incompetence and lack of organization.
They recently had their license reassigned and have been causing damage to businesses and homeowners again.
ECCO Design Build, under the ownership of Giuseppe and Joann Palmieri, has a troubling history marked by deceit and mismanagement. Despite a license revocation in 2005 and ongoing issues, they consistently surpass budgets, neglect to communicate escalating costs, miss deadlines, and abandon projects when faced with challenges. Their performance is nothing short of disastrous, and I strongly caution against considering them for hire.
Overall, ECCO Design Build a.k.a ELITE CAD Services performance was a complete catastrophe and scam. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to explore other options. They have demonstrated a blatant disregard for their clients' needs and are not to be trusted with any important project.
