In this ******, roach infested, over priced for what it is apartment, i have tried contacting the maintenance office to report my hot water being out FOR THREE ******* WEEKS. i have tried contacting the front office and their voice mailbox is full. i work 9-9 EVERYDAY and cant get a hot ******* shower?!
Ecco 400 is poorly maintained and infested with insects (primarily roaches). Maintenance work on the property is often not completed in a timely manner. Work orders submitted online are often closed without properly assessing the situations or actually working on the problem. Each month, I pay my rent on time. However, access to the leasing office or getting in contact with the property manager is as elusive as seeing a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow.
