We recently had ECC Technology Services replace all the printers at our office, and everything went super smoothly. The install was quick, no headaches at all, and the new equipment is working great. Really happy with the service and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend! Al and his team are on it!
Our rep Al is very knowledgeable about our product. Front staff very helpful. Needed toner in an emergency time frame and they delivered, literally. Set our machine up on an auto reminder directly to their company’s supply department. I highly recommend talking with Al before your next move for a piece of office equipment.
We purchased a copier from them about 2 years ago. We still can't get it to work. I tried calling them. Not only did they not help, they charged me for not helping.
We leased a Kytocera from them a couple of years ago. I can't wait to return that thing. Several functions don't work. We called them for support. They weren't able to fix it. But they charged us $20 for the call anyway.
