We’re so happy to be back with ECC Technology Services once again. We were using their services before, but for whatever reason we switched to Ricoh, and that turned out to be a mistake. We had trouble getting toner in a timely fashion, and sometimes the wrong cartridges were even sent to us. We were an ECC Technology Services customer for over 15 years before new management decided to try another vendor believing there would be cost savings. Let's just say--we quickly learned that the grass isn't always greener. ECC Technology Services has been outstanding. Their service and support are amazing. When we order toner, it arrives the very next business day. We don’t need service often, but when we do, a technician arrives the same day or the following day without fail. We are a very busy, paper intensive medical practice, and our machines get heavy daily use. Despite that, they always perform reliably. We absolutely love our Kyocera copiers and the support we receive from ECC Technology Services. Highly recommend them.

We recently had ECC Technology Services replace all the printers at our office, and everything went super smoothly. The install was quick, no headaches at all, and the new equipment is working great.
