Our AC was completely failing. Even during the evening and early morning, the lowest temperature it could reach was 86 degrees, and it soared to 91 during the heat of the day. I called around to several local companies, but everyone quoted a 2- to 3-day wait. With a wife and kids at home including our newborn baby, waiting that long in the heat simply wasn't an option. ECC is the best heating and cooling company you can use. Robbie, Carson and Stephanie are amazingly professional and their check and balance system is great! They make sure to do a thorough inspection of their own work before they walk out the door! I got a new HVAC and Furnace. Another AC company had completely failed after 5 days. I called ECC and they came out the same day a 1pm and by 4pm I had AC again. First Class company. These people care about their customers and go out of their way to help. Highly recommended.
