Another AC company had completely failed after 5 days. I called ECC and they came out the same day a 1pm and by 4pm I had AC again. First Class company. These people care about their customers and go out of their way to help. Highly recommended.
Very Professional and Responsive company. Kim Is awesome. She understood the immediate need and arranged a service same day.

I had mold growing on clothing and other items in the storage room of my basement and Robby was able to find and fix the issue. There was not adequate air flow in the storage room.
